The Komodo dragon is the largest lizard in the world! It can grow up to 10 feet long. The Komodo dragon is native to Asia and is a very dangerous lizard but why? It’s because it is armed with weapons in has very sharp claws, strong teeth, and a very toxic saliva! People are often confused and they say that Komodo dragons are venomous. But that is false they actually just have a very toxic saliva that can kill you. They are illegal to keep almost everywhere and they are one of the most dangerous animals on earth but how toxic are they?! Well they have to be able to kill there prey so they have to have a lot of venom Komodo dragons hunt on birds, rodents, snakes, and occasionally even bigger prey!
